Before issuing a review you should consider aspects such as: *Quality:* I delivered a handmade work and you valued it positively on repeated occasions. *Time:* You delayed the project for 8 months without justification, additionally the termination of the project was due to the intervention of customer service. *Payments:* You never voluntarily made a payment for my work, everything was managed by the 99 designs team. *Time:* I asked you repeatedly to make a work plan and you preferred to ignore my requests, adding requirements outside the contract. *Deliverables:* You received 3 luxury designs for a private collection, which you converted into more than 50 free templates without financial compensation.
