The 99designs process was exciting for me to participate in. Very well thought out and executed. Very quickly I learned how important it was for me to provide a detailed design brief, recruit designers then provide timely feedback and encouragement. In the end, when I was expecting only 30 designs for my $299, I ended up with 184 designs from 42 designers - the 99designs website and free market based design process exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone needing help with design work!
