• A detailed brief is needed in order to set you up to create great design.

• I am flexible and will accommodate the budget and the timelines depending on your requirements.

• I offer 2-3 revisions after choosing a concept direction.

• I work from Monday-Friday. Usually, if everything works smoothly, the turnaround is 1-2 weeks depending on the feedback I receive.

• No refunds will be made if you decide to cancel the project after the payment has been secured. However, I am a reasonable person and if there are valid reasons for canceling, you will automatically receive a 50%refund. Requesting refunds invalidates your right to a review.
