Charles Lindsey is an avid cyclist in Southern California where the Amgen Tour of California stops, or passes through, every year and pro cycling teams do their winter training. It helps to have beaches, mountains, a thriving local cycling community and Amgen headquarters in the county. He rides up to six century rides per year.
